Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Malachi Savage, pictured left with Bethany at the Recovery Event, who will be stepping into the role of Fiscal Coordinator here at Sullivan County Victim Services! Malachi joined the SCVS team on September 2nd and will be taking the reins from Brenda, who is retiring at the end of October after 19 years of dedicated service!
Malachi brings a keen eye for detail, a love of numbers, and a bright, positive energy to our team. He also brings a strong sense of service. Malachi proudly served in the United States Air Force. With his enthusiasm and commitment to our mission and the community, we know he’ll be a great fit for SCVS.
A proud Sullivan County resident, Malachi lives locally with hie wife, Morgan, and is excited to continue serving his community in this new role.
When Malachi isn’t managing budgets and balancing spreadsheets, you can find him cheering on his favorite football team (Philadelphia Eagles), solving his daily Wordle (in just a few guesses!), enjoying the great outdoors, or browsing thrift stores and yard sales in search of vintage treasures. He also values quality time with family and friends, which is something that makes him a natural fit for our tight-knit SCVS family.
We’re excited to have Malachi on board and can’t wait for you to get to know him better in the weeks ahead. Welcome to the team, Malachi!
