SCVS is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Fiscal Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This full-time position plays a vital role in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of our agency, which is committed to supporting victims of domestic violence, sexual violence, and other crimes in Sullivan County, PA.
As our Fiscal Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing the agency’s financial operations, including:
- 📊 Budgeting and financial reporting
- 💼 Payroll and fiscal recordkeeping
- 🧾 Oversight of daily financial transactions
- 💻 Use of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office tools
Beyond technical skills, we’re looking for someone who brings empathy and professionalism to their work. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a trauma-informed environment and will understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality and compassion when interacting with survivors and staff. A degree or commensurate experience in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred, and all necessary training will be provided.
Requirements:
- Ability to obtain PA Child Abuse History, State Police, and FBI Clearances
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
